Manage users

You're logged in your cross-promotion dashboard: and want to manage users that will access the platform. 

On the top right corner, go to your profile dropdown and select ‘Users management.’

Only administrators can view, add and edit new users.


From the User Management page, you can now click on the three dots on the far right side of the screen. 


A dropdown will appear, providing the options to edit the user, reset the user’s password and/or delete the user.

Editing user information


When selecting ‘Edit user,’ a pop up will appear. You can then change the name and the role of the user, but not their email address. After editing the information, click ‘save.’ 


Resetting a user's password


You can send a request to reset a user’s password directly from the dashboard. To do so, select  ‘Reset Password.’ A pop-up will appear. Click on ‘Reset.’ The user will receive an email with a link to update their password.



Deleting a user


If you wish to delete a user, you can do so by clicking on ‘Delete user.’ A pop up will appear, you can then select ‘Delete’ to confirm your intent. This user won’t be able to access the platform anymore. If you wish to grant them access again, you will need to create a new user.
