Set Up Event Postbacks

To start running campaigns with Adikteev, you will first need to share the events tracked in your mobile app.

1. Log in to your Airbridge dashboard
2. In the left menu, go to Integrations > Ad Channel Integration and then look for "Adikteev Retargeting" in the list of available integrations
3. Within the Adikteev Retargeting integration, navigate to the tab Postback
4. Turn the toggle Extended Privacy Control to "off"

Configure event postbacks for Adikteev

1. Click on the blue button Configuration, a new window will appear to select events to be shared
2. Click the Select All option to the right to tick all the event boxes automatically
3. Then click Next to the bottom right to move to the Delivery Rule selection
4. Locate the row starting with "Attributed to any channel" and click the gear to its right
   • Update the list of events by clicking again on the option Select All
   • Save your new setting with the green button at the bottom
5. Repeat the same operation with the row starting with "All recurring events". Your screen should then show the same settings as in the below screenshot
6. Finally, click Save to the bottom right

Enable the Adikteev integration

1. To finish enabling the integration, click on the green button Start postback sending
2. Make sure your final "Delivery Rule" settings are similar to the ones in the screenshot below

Grant view access to Adikteev

1. In the left menu, go to Settings > User Management
2. Click Grant app access and a new window will open
   • In "Airbridge account", enter the following email: partners@adikteev.com
   • In "App Role", select Media Partner
   • In "Media partner name", select Adikteev
   • Save the settings by clicking again Grant access at the bottom

Once these steps have been completed, please inform your Adikteev representative that the setup in Airbridge is done and that the integration should be live now.
