Pull Adikteev cost data by API

This guide outlines how to retrieve Adikteev cost data via the Adjust API.

By connecting your Adjust account to Adikteev, you can ensure accurate cost reporting for your campaigns.

Overview

To retrieve Adikteev cost data in Adjust, you need to provide API credentials from Adikteev and configure them in the Adjust dashboard. Please follow the steps below to set up the integration.

1. Obtain your Credentials from Adikteev

Please contact your Adikteev Account Manager in order to retrieve your credentials.

2. Connect Adikteev to Adjust

Once you have your credentials, follow these steps to integrate them with Adjust:

1. Under DataWorks, select Connections.
2. Select New Connection.
3. Select Adikteev Activation.
4. Select the Ad Spend service.
5. Provide the credentials you received from your Account Manager.
6. Select Connect.
   

3. Verify Data Sync in Adjust

Once credentials are saved, Adjust begins pulling cost data daily. To confirm the integration:

1. Navigate to the Dataworks / Connections page.
2. Locate Adikteev Activation in the list of connected partners.
3. Review the Connection Status under the Ad Spend column to ensure it's active:

• • indicates that the service is available, but not connected.
  • indicates that there are no connection issues and the connection is active.
  •  indicates that there is a connection issue.

If the status is inactive or data isn't syncing, review the credentials or contact Adjust or Adikteev support for troubleshooting.
