Extract Historical Data

  • Updated

Adikteev starts receiving your app events from the moment you enable event postbacks in your Appsflyer dashboard.

If you would like Adikteev to reengage your historical app users based on older events, you can either use Appsflyer Audience Builder (see this article) or export a log file of past events from Appsflyer dashboard and share it with your Adikteev Account Manager.

Exporting logs of past events

  1. In your Appsflyer dashboard, go to Export > Raw Data Export
  2. Hit the New Report call-to-action and then select the option Customize under the report type "In-app Events"customize.jpg
  3. Then configure your data export filters
    • In the "Activity date" filter, select Past 30 days & today. Note that Appsflyer doesn't allow to export more than 30 days of data at once, but you can repeat the operation to cover the whole event history available
    • Leave the "Install dates" filter empty
    • Put the "Maximum rows per file" selector to the maximum (1M)
    • Leave the "Geo" filter to the default value All
  4. Finally configure your data export fields. Please select at least all of the following fields:
    • App ID
    • Event Time
    • Event Name
    • Event Revenue USD
    • IDFA
    • Advertising ID
    • IDFV
    • Country Code

Download from the dashboard the files that will be generated and share them with your Adikteev Account Manager to be loaded into your retargeting campaigns.
